MERCHANT PAYMENT PROCESSING

Know exactly what
you pay. Line by line.

Most merchant statements are built to be hard to read. We show you the three parts of every processing fee — interchange, network assessments, and our markup — and then we show you ours. Send a statement and find out where you actually stand.

The Process

From statement to switch

Three steps, and no commitment required to find out what you're paying today.

STEP 01

Send a recent statement

We read it the way a processor reads it, and translate it back into plain English — every line item, what it is, and whether it should be there.

STEP 02

See the comparison side by side

Your current costs next to ours, in the same format, on the same page. If we can't beat what you have, we'll tell you that instead.

STEP 03

Switch without downtime

We handle equipment, programming, and setup. Your business keeps running, and your rep stays with you afterward — not just through the sale.

Fee Anatomy

Every processing fee has three parts

Bundled pricing hides which part is which. Once you can see the split, you can tell the difference between a cost and a markup.

Part 01 · Not ours

Interchange

Set by the card networks and paid to the card-issuing bank. Every processor pays the same rates. Nobody can discount this — anyone who says otherwise is repackaging something else.

Part 02 · Not ours

Network Assessments

Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Amex each charge their own fees on top of interchange. Also fixed, also identical across processors.

Part 03 · Ours

Our Markup

The only part that's actually negotiable, and the only part we get paid on. We state it plainly and it stays where we set it — no re-pricing, no creep.

TWO OF THE THREE ARE THE SAME EVERYWHERE. THE THIRD IS WHERE PROCESSORS COMPETE — OR HIDE.

Effective Rate

The one number that compares

Quoted rates aren't comparable to each other — they cover different things. Your effective rate is what you actually pay on every dollar you process, and it's the only figure that lets you compare two processors honestly. Two numbers off your statement is all it takes.

$
Total dollars processed in a month, before fees.
$
Every processing charge on the statement — discount, per-item, monthly, PCI, gateway, and any others.

This is arithmetic, not a quote. It tells you your true cost per dollar processed. What it can't tell you is how much of that is interchange and assessments versus markup — that requires reading the statement itself, which is what the free review does.

Your Effective Rate
2.26%
of every dollar you process goes to fees
Cost per $1,000 processed $22.57
Annualized processing cost $14,400
Cost per $100,000 processed $2,257

Compare this figure against any quote you're given. If a processor won't state their pricing in a way that produces a comparable effective rate, that's the answer.

Talk to a Real Person
01

Interchange-based pricing, stated openly

You see where every dollar goes — interchange, assessments, and our markup as separate lines. No bundled rate with a markup buried inside it.

02

A dedicated rep, not a ticket queue

One point of contact who knows your account and your business, reachable by phone rather than through a support portal.

03

Qualified rate guaranteed for 60 months

Five years of rate stability, which protects you from the quiet re-pricing and annual creep that most merchant relationships accumulate.

04

No out-of-pocket equipment cost

Terminals and POS systems with nothing upfront, and next-day replacement if hardware fails. Downtime costs more than the device does.
